The human body constitutes millions of cells to function individual. Nucleus of each cell encloses chromosomes. There are 23 pairs of chromosomes existing in the human cell which transform genetic information from one generation to other. The chromosomes are composed of De – oxy - ribo nucleic acid. DNA of a human body is the genetic blue print of life. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are almost 30,000 diseases which can influence the human body. Disease is an interaction between humans and their environment. Human body functions best when sound health and it is indispensable to know what causes disease and what can be the effective remedy to prevent / cure disease. Diseases affect humans in multiple ways. They arise from different causes and messenger sources and the natural agents or transmitters. Many diseases are caused by pathogenic organisms, such as bacteria, while others seem to arise spontaneously, such as heart disease or cancer. Diseases caused by pathogenic organisms are contagious from one person to another and some other diseases occur by inheritance (from parents to children).
